Swift Compute uses a monthly subscription model with dollar-based compute credits. When you subscribe, you receive credits (e.g., $300/month = $330 in credits with a 10% bonus). These credits are spent per minute based on the GPU you choose. More powerful GPUs consume more credits per minute. Unused credits roll over for 1 month, and you can top up any time.

We offer four subscription tiers: Solo, Core, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier increases your monthly credit amount and unlocks new features: Higher bonus credits (up to 35%), Access to more powerful GPUs (Premium & Ultra), Ability to run more concurrent GPUs, GPU reservations and scheduling, API access, usage dashboards, and support upgrades.

We offer the latest NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, grouped into performance classes: Standard (A100, 4090, 3090), Premium (H100, B100, MI300X), and Ultra (B200, H200 and future top-tier models). The GPU class you can access depends on your subscription tier. Pro and Enterprise unlock Premium and Ultra classes.

Each GPU has a per-minute cost (e.g., A100 = $0.60/min, H100 = $0.90/min, B200 = $1.20/min). When you launch a job, credits are deducted per minute based on the GPU and how long the job runs. You can pause, resume, or terminate jobs anytime to control usage.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise customers can reserve GPUs in advance and access job scheduling features. Our API allows you to automate job submission, usage monitoring, and billing — great for teams, researchers, or production environments.

All plans come with support, but higher tiers unlock faster response times and dedicated channels. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 support, custom SLAs, and uptime guarantees. We also refund credits for failed jobs due to system errors.
